Why Coaching?
- Coaching allows us to have an objective person look at our life and provide feedback on what we can do to create the results that we desire. It also allows us to be sown into so that our greatness can come out.
- It is only through coaching that our greatness will come out, because only our coach can see our greatness at its fullest potential.
- What’s funny to me is that everyone one of us seems to think that everyone around us can accomplish their dreams and goals except for us. We look at sales superstar and think, “Wow, that’s great. But, I’m no one special, so I can’t do that.” The reality is you can do ANYTHING you set your mind to. Napoleon Hill tells us in his book “Think and Grow Rich” to do the thing we want to do – NOW. There will never be a “perfect” time to do it. Most of us seem to believe that by waiting for more education, a better job, our next promotion, the right relationship, etc that once we have whatever it is, we will then be able to accomplish what we want. The reality is, NOW is the time to start it. In the words of Emerson, “Do the thing and you will have the power.”
- All it requires is a step, and coaching is part of that step. Coaching allows us to take that step, because a coach believes in you and your dream and your ability to achieve your dream when you do not.
- I am the eternal optimist. I see the glass half full and shoot for the stars. Therefore, I believe in YOUR dream and YOUR ability to achieve it. The road will not be easy; however, I am here to help you navigate it. Earl Nightingale advised us that “Success is the progressive realization of a worthwhile goal or dream.” Success is progressive, which means step by step. It will not come all at one time. To help you keep on keeping on, I am here to encourage you and help you stay on track. You will never know just how much you can accomplish until you start. And, one you start and expand yourself, you can never go back.
- When you are down, you need someone to talk with and get your mind back on track. A coach is there to help you readjust your attitude. Emotions are very powerful and sometimes we need help adjusting them to serve us rather than rule us.
